What’s it like to be an Associate Producer at Spirit Juice Studios? It’s being part of a team that—at any given moment—is leading more than 100 projects for our clients. Our Associate Producers are key members of the Production Department, working closely with Producers to successfully deliver projects.
As an Associate Producer at Spirit Juice Studios, you’ll be involved with projects through various stages of production. You will contribute to building strong relationships with clients, freelancers, local contacts, and colleagues (especially Producers) to ensure goals are met and everything is done with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Director of Production.
- Completes tasks as assigned by Producers.
- Liaises with local contacts, especially in initial communication.
- Handles bookings and details with locations and talent as needed.
- Creates and compiles interview questions for shoots.
- Completes call sheets as needed; inputting details for travel, logistics, contact information, etc.
- Updates and monitors internal project management software, especially as owner of miscellaneous tasks.
- Researches and coordinates gear rental as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
