Monthly Update | October 2021

Halloween has come and gone, but that didn’t stop Rob from wearing his costume throughout this month’s Spirit Juice update.

We had the pleasure of working with Hallow, a Catholic prayer app that just raised $40 million, allocated for future growth and development. We ventured out to Los Angeles to film an interview with Jonathan Roumie, better known as Jesus in The Chosen series. The conversation gave insight, from his perspective, on being Catholic in the movie industry. The piece will be featured within the Hallow app soon, so be sure to download through your app store!

As the Year of Saint Joseph comes to a close, we finished work on a documentary for the Knights of Columbus called “Saint Joseph: Our Spiritual Father“, which aired on ABC-affiliate stations across the country. We also spent time with the Fairfield Carmelites in Pennsylvania, who are in the midst of building a new monastery through a process of old construction techniques.

And, in very important news, we are excited to announce a Kickstarter project that we launched on November 1st to fund Juice Box: The Catholic Kids Show. With your help, we can bring to life an idea Rob has been developing for several years. That said, putting together such a production is not cheap, and we need the support of everyone to get across the finish line. The campaign runs until the end of the month and, if the goal is not met, the project will not be funded. If you are unable to donate, please help out by spreading the world, sharing the link with friends, family, and parishes: http://www.spiritjuicekids.com

Thank you, as always, for supporting our work!
